Pre-War Colt Single Action Army Revolver
Made in 1903. Fixed sights, with the two line Hartford address on top of the barrel and "38 W.C.F." on the left side, with a crescent-style ejector. Smokeless powder frame, marked with the two line, three date patents on the left side next to the circled Rampant Colt, "3" above the firing pin hole and "1937" on the loading gate. Matching numbers on the frame and grip straps. Checkered hard rubber grips, with Rampant Colt logos at the top.

Condition: Very fine, with 70% of the original blue finish, showing areas of mixed gray and brown patina, scattered handling marks and spotting. 50% of the original case colors are visible mostly in the protected areas, with the remainder of the frame turning a smooth gray patina. Grips are fine, with some light pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
