Manufactured in 1922. The top of the barrel is marked with the one line address and "32 W.C.F." on the left side. The left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The upper left front of the trigger guard is marked with the Colt triangle "VP" proofmark and the number "3" and the upper right front has the factory rework star stamp. The matching serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame, trigger guard and back strap. The assembly number "1016" is marked on the loading gate. Casehardened frame and hammer, with blue on the remaining parts, blade front and frame notch rear sights, and fitted with stag grips numbered to the gun. Included is a Triple K leather holster.

Condition: Very good with Colt rework mark present. The barrel and ejector rod housing retain 30% original blue finish with the balance a mottled gray patina. The cylinder retains 30% original blue finish and the grip straps retain 30% original blue finish with the balance a mottled brown patina. The frame retains traces of original case colors in the protected areas. There is pin point pitting (mostly on the barrel and cylinder). The grips are excellent with a few minor handling marks. The holster is excellent with a few minor handling marks.
