This is mid-production 1937 dated Luger pistol as manufactured by the Mauser factory in 1937, that is complete with two matching magazines. The chamber is dated "1937" and the front toggle is marked "S/42" for the Mauser factory. The right side of the barrel extension has the early droop wing "Eagle/63" Waffenamt and single Nazi firing proof It has the standard extractor and safety markings. It is fitted with a set of checkered walnut grip with matching numbers on the back side. As noted this Luger is complete with two unmarked blue magazines with the aluminum bases, both with matching numbers. The bases are marked: "2642/s/Eagle63" and "2642/s/Eagle 63".

Condition: Very good as partially refinished with 75% of the blue finish. The refinished side plate, left frame rail and muzzle area having been refinished. The various small parts retain 40% of their original straw colors. The grips are near excellent with nice checkering, with only minor handling marks overall.
