Plains Native American Indian Rawhide Arrow Quiver
Featured in this lot is a parfleche rawhide quiver with arrows attributed to the Northern Plains Indians. There are six arrows total. Two of them are more ceremonial with red cloth wrapped around them and one of them has a brass bell dangling from the shaft; both show Angora rabbit fur on either side of the trade cloth and a parfleche constructed quiver with hide straps and decoration tassels. The condition of this collection of arrows and quiver is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements for the quiver are 16" x 3 1/4" and the arrows range from 30 1/4" long to 25 1/2".
