Buyers will be notified of wire transfer routing numbers and account information, immediately following the auction event.
Internet bidders will need to register with the auction company prior to the auction event. Jimmie Dean Coffey Auctions & Realty will require a bank letter of guarantee and the contact information for the registering bidder’s financial institution. Bank Letter of Guarantee can be faxed to our office at (812) 824-6090.
Specific requirements can be waived for individuals that are already established customers with JDC Group, Inc. / Jimmie Dean Coffey Auctions & Realty, by contacting the auction company.
A 10% down payment will be required from any winning bidder, immediately following the auction event. These funds shall be wire transferred to JDC Group, Inc. Escrow Account at Old National Bank in Bloomington, IN. Specific routing numbers and details will be given to the winning bidder immediately following the auction event. Buyer shall provide the balance of the full purchase price and Seller shall provide merchantable title to the Buyer at the time of closing, within 30 days.
