460 acres to be sold by Auction located Southwest of Merino, CO. This “South Platte Riverbottom Hunting Land Auction” is an ABSOLUTE LAND AUCTION based on a MINIMUM BID. The property will be offered in 2 parcels and as a single unit. The sale of the property is absolute when the combined bids of the 2 parcels or the single unit bid equal or exceed the TOTAL MINIMUM BID of $552,000. Competitive bids will determine the outcome of the auction. No parcel sells without all parcels selling. Cash sale. Immediately following the conclusion of the auction, the bidder(s) will enter into and sign a Auction Land Contract (Specific Performance/Cash at Closing) for the amount of the highest bid(s).
