LOCATION: Improvement address: 36739 CR 3, Haxtun, CO;
Center of the properties being sold is 4.5 miles north of Haxtun on
Hwy 59 to CR 38 (Correction Line), 1 mile east on CR 38. See location

SALE TERMS/PROCEDURE: The "Stryker Land Auction" is a
LAND AUCTION based on a MINIMUM BID. The sale of the property
is triggered whenever the highest bid or bids received equal or
exceed the TOTAL MINIMUM BID of $660,000. Competitive bids
will determine the outcome of auction. No parcel sells unless all parcels
sell. Sellers agree not to accept and negotiate any contracts to
