OVERVIEW: The properties being offered for sale include recreational hunting either on the South Platte Riverbottom or adjacent to
Jumbo Reservoir. The Weinsheim property is located in excellent flyways being adjacent to Jumbo Reservoir with open waters during the

unique opportunity whereby 2 separate owners are offering their properties for sale within the same land auction. The following terms and

SIGNING OF PURCHASE CONTRACT: Immediately following the conclusion of the auction, the highest bidder(s) will enter into
