Pair of long Dutch flintlock pistols, circa 1690-1720 in overall very good condition, approx. 19-1/2” overall with 12-1/2” barrels, .54 cal., full length wood stocks with engraved lockplates and ebony tipped wood ramrods. This early pair isin overall very good + condition showing an old cleaning to the metal surfaces that has returned to a grey patina, the actions are good and the wood stocks are very good to near fine with a pleasing matching patina; on the back of the wrist of each pistol is a pierced escutcheon with raised bust of a man; a fine looking elegant brace of Dutch flintlocks.
