Pair of large cast bronze “Molly horses” from the Victorian era measuring approximately 30” in height by 24” across the base. These 19th-century classics were the type that adorned mansions and fine homes throughout early America and particularly in the South. This pair of bronzes were collected by a prominent Rocky Mountain auctioneer and antique dealer who in 50 years in dealing in fine antiques never found a better or bigger set. Great patina and absolutely genuine antiques cast in Europe during the 19th century. Est.: $2,500 -$5,000.
