A) The lock plate is marked "I.L.P.W.K." and has floral scroll engraving. This engraving is repeated on the hammer, bolster and barrel tang. The brass furniture which includes the side plate and ramrod pipe also feature engraving. The barrel tang is marked with the number "1."The stock has a flared butt with floral carving, horn forend cap and fine grip checkering. The pistol has a horn tipped wooden ramrod. Writer believes this pistol to be of Austrian origin.

Condition: Very good. The pistol has a smooth gray patina with some very scattered light pitting. The brass has an aged patina with "E102" hand marked on the trigger guard tang. The stock is fine with a number of minor handling marks and some worn checkering. Mechanically excellent.
- B) Same engraving and features as described in "A" but with a lock plate marked "IN WIEN" and barrel tang marked "2".
