All items must be shipped out with a tracking number. It is the purchaser/bidders responsibility to pay for all shipping costs. I will combine shipping on multiple lots won. There will be a $5.00 Handling fee on all invoices.

Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commerce upon the conclusion of a live auction. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within 24 hours of the auction conclusion.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his/her sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item in winning a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his/her discretion.
MHSAUCTIONS assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommend that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.

There is NO attendance in person for this auction either for preview, bidding or pickup all items will be shipped out.
All lots must be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, American Express by charging the credit card on file. We do not take in person payments. Internet bidders payment is due in full once invoice is completed.
All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full including shipping. In the event that the purchaser prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he/she sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expense thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal, and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, MHSAUCTIONS is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of MHSAUCTIONS shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. MHSAUCTIONS will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
