INTERNET BUYERS: To be approved Internet Bidders, you will be required to supply a Letter of Credit, a Refundable Cashier's Check, a Credit Card Number or Cash Deposit Payable to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. and a copy of your Driver's License. All Buyers using the Internet must pay a Buyer's fee of 10% plus relevant sales tax unless a Seller or Manufacturer's Exemption Certificate are on file BEFORE the start of the auction. All payments must be made by CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS, CASHIERS CHECK made payable to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. Checks must be accompanied by a letter from the payer s bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. Your letter should be similar to the following:
(Customer Name) is a customer of this bank. This bank will guarantee unqualified payment to Iron Horse Auction Co, Inc. on the account listed therein up to the amount of (Payment Amount). This letter is valid until (Date).
Company checks without a letter from the bank guaranteeing unqualified payment will not be accepted. All checks are to be made payable to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. Bank Wire transfers to the account of Iron Horse Auction Co, Inc. will facilitate payment for final purchase, however, a $2,000.00 cash deposit is mandatory in order to obtain an internet bidding number and password.
