Outstanding presentation cased pair of custom Colt SAA revolvers engraved by noted Western firearms artist Phil Hudson, gold finished with Colt medallion checkered deluxe faux ivory grips. The first of the pair is serial#210832 in .44-40 cal., with a 4-3/4” barrel; the scroll style engraving is extensive over all areas of the revolver including both sides of the hammer; approx. 99%+ of the custom gold finish remains and the grips areexcellent. The second is serial #283458, also in .44-40 cal., with a 4-3/4” barrel and matching extensive scroll style engraving and custom grips; approx. 99%+ of its custom gold finish also remains and the matchingpair of grips are excellent. A striking pair of first generation Colt single actions expertly engraved in the Helfricht style of long ago; suitable for proud display in any gunroom.
