The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction and may last 24 hours. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 24 hour bid verification period.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time.
All goods are sold As/Is Where/Is basis. Solo Auction makes no guarantees, warranties, implied or otherwise, oral or written with the correctness, advertisement, physical condition, size, quantity, or value in relation to any goods offered for sale unless otherwise stated.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
The Terms of Payment are Cash, Debit, Visa & Mastercard (3% fee for credit card use) or Bank Draft
No refunds or credits shall be issued under any circumstances.
Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 5% applies on all items. There is a 15% buyer's premium on all items, unless otherwise stated.
