Otis Smith .22 rimfire cal. single action revolver, period scroll engraved, wood grips, serial #2578, showing April 16, 1873 patent date and number 22. The revolver shows 80-90% original nickel on frame and barrel,the cylinder and ejector show traces of gold gilt. The cylinder has gone to brown, there is some minor scattered pinprick pitting and erosion; the rosewood grips are very good condition and show a couple of minorscratches. The engraving is very good quality and of the type attributed to New York. The nickel is unpolished, the edges are sharp. Est.: $600-$1,200

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
