Removal: Auction Day until 3pm & Wed, Dec 15th & Thurs, Dec 16th from 9AM to 3PM Only. ALL purchases must be removed by Thurs, Dec 16th, absolutely No Exceptions. Online purchasers will be given additional time as long as arrangements are made with the Levee District.
All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. A $25 Notary Fee will be applied per vehicle purchased. Live auctions are subject to a buyers premium of 13% of the purchase price. An additional 2% buyers premium will be charged for paypal payments (for a total of 15% buyers premium) Sales tax of 9.00%. All "ON LINE" bidders must be registered and approved no later than December 13, 2010 @ 4:30 PM Central Time. NO Exceptions.
