Original oil painting on canvas signed lower left Doug Van Howd portraying two (2) Cape buffalo in African setting. The painting measures 22”x28” nicely framed and matted with no condition problems. Doug Van Howd isone of California’s most recognized artists and one of Robert Petersen’s personal favorites. His bronze of the Pony Express Riders was displayed for thirty (30) plus years at the MGM Grand in Reno and was hismost identified work.
