Original oil painting on canvas showing three busts of African black rhino, signed lower right David Shepherd dated 1974. 9-1/4” by 15-1/4”. Also reverse edge signed, copyright marked, dated 1974. The painting is in verygood condition and could use a light cleaning. David Shepherd (1931 - ) is among the most highly regarded of all African wildlife artists. Extremely successful since the 1970's he is actively collected bysportsmen and art collectors throughout the world.
