Original oil painting on board with signed lower left Le Blanc. Approximately 26”x42” no condition problems, freshly framed and matted. Robert Petersen actively collected this artist and had over twenty (20) of hisoriginals in his Wildlife Collection. The subject is turkeys in the woods and one is ready to give his speech at the convention (he is the spreading his wings and gobbling). Lee Le Blanc attended the Chouinard ArtInstitute and worked for Disney, Fox and MGM until 1962. In 1972 he began designing Wildlife stamps and won the Federal competition in 1973.
