Original oil painting on board entitled “The Great Northern”. Signed lower right Luke Frazier. Information on back of painting notes ‘2005 Goats from Frazier National Park, Logan Pass’. The condition is fine toexcellent in beautiful relief carved and gilted frame. Luke Frazier (1970 - ) grew up hunting and fishing in the mountains of Northern Utah and attended Utah State University where he received a Masters ofFine Arts degree. His art is influenced by Carl Rungius and Bob Kuhn and his artworks have been displayed at most of the major western museums including the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson, WY. He receivedthe Wildlife Art award in 1994, 1996, and 1997. He is considered one of the most up-and-coming young artists. From the Robert Petersen Collection. Est: $10,000- $20,000
