Original cabinet photo of “The Two Bills” Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill probably about 1912 with penned marking on back, “Property of Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill Film Co.” Approximately8-1/4” by 6-1/4” in antique period hardwood frame with gilt edges. Buffalo Bill is holding a plain 73 rifle and both show buckskins with beadwork and “show dress” Before the Wild West shows ended “The Bill’s” tried a movie or two but failed and went bankrupt soon after the film co’s creation. Probably promotional for a movie lobby. Est.; $1,500-$3,000
