Original 19th century English style casing for Colt 1862 Police or Pocket Navy with 5-1/2" barrel, oak exterior, green felt interior with instruction label in the lid and accessories. The interior of the case is good to very good with some minor tatters, slight staining, normal aging and about 85% of the label remains with small losses, tatters and staining. The exterior of the case is in good condition with somedarkening, the brass key plate is missing, the plaque on lid is beautifully engraved with period initials "JM". The lid of the case shows brass screws and fittings are original. The flask is good to very goodwith a couple of dents, long spout for .36 cal. A cleaning rod is included of the proper style; a good mold with 40% blue, a 500-count large size cap tin and nipple wrench are included. The compartment coveris original with a bone knob. A nice original casing for a Colt retaining up to about 80% finish. Est.: $2,250-$4,500

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
