Shipping Details:
Purchasers are responsible for arranging shipping or removing items within the prescribed timeframe no later than 5 business days from auction date. Prime Auction Company does offer palletization for large items at an additional fee.

Items on invoices not fully paid, or with balances owing for shipping or storage can not leave our auction warehouse. Invoices must be fully paid before any items can be released.
Our standard is 5 business days to either pick up, submit a bill of lading, or accept a shipping quote from Prime Auctions, after which storage fees will start accruing. Larger auctions, or inclement weather before or after an auction will extend the pickup deadline to 6 or 7 business days. We don't want to charge you for storage! Please just communicate with us, and we will always work with you to schedule an appointment to pick up your items yourself, please call 604-839-4796 1 hour notice min.
We charge $80 for a standard pallet and $15per box for shipping. Custom/oversized pallets can cost $100+. Some items can not be shipped using traditional methods and must be picked up by movers/flat deck. In this case we can not guarantee we can obtain a quote on your behalf.
Payment Details:
Internet bidders’ payment is due in full by the end of the Auction by 4:00pm on Auction day. Larger purchases over $999.00 must be paid by next day 4pm pst, or payment terms for larger amounts must be discussed before the cut off date. Payments for invoices over $999.00 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit.

All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser/bidder is not entitled to possession until all purchased lots have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser/bidder. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser/bidder.

The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Prime Auctions assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that bidders arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or ITEMS Described as tested and working in the catalog and including any videos stating they work, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales are final.

Items described as new with warranty terms stated on individual lots will be valid only in Canada.
Removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Prime Auctions assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.

All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser/bidder. The purchaser/bidder hereby indemnifies the auctioneer, Prime Auctions and the vendor of the purchased lot against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any purchased lot.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser/bidder. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser/bidder shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any purchased lot.
Where the bidder is an individual representing an incorporated company, that individual certifies that he/she is authorized to represent and bind that company for the purpose of bidding and purchasing in this auction. Where the bidder is an individual representing an unincorporated business, the individual will be personally liable for all amounts owing to Prime Auctions.
The purchaser/bidder hereby grants to Prime Auctions a security interest (as defined in the Personal Property Security Act of BC[“PPSA”]) in all its present and after acquired personal property (“collateral”) to secure any unpaid amounts due and owing by the purchaser/bidder. The purchaser/bidder acknowledges that Prime Auctions may register a financing statement at the Personal Property Registry of BC in relation to the security interest, regardless of whether the purchaser has chosen to take delivery of the purchased lot. The purchaser/bidder acknowledges that acceptance by the purchaser/bidder of the terms and conditions of this auction will constitute a security agreement under the PPSA. The purchaser/bidder further acknowledges that the security agreement gives lien rights to Prime Auctions over all of the purchaser/bidder’s personal property assets, which may include but is not limited to the purchased lot, if the purchaser/bidder refuses to pay in full for the purchased lot, and that Prime Auctions may take all enforcement action and other remedies available to it under the PPSA.
If for any reason, Prime Auctions is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Prime Auctions shall be the refund of any monies paid to Prime Auctions on the purchased lot.
Removal Deadline:
All items must be removed within 5 business days following the auction, after which storage fees will apply.
-Prime Auctions is open Mon-Fri from 10am-430pm.
-Items that do not have shipping arranged through Prime Auctions, or are not removed before the deadline will be subject to storage fees.
Storage Fees:
- (Minimum Fee) 1/2 Pallet - $40/week
