Oil painting on board entitled “Water Stop” by Gordon Snidow, 23” by 26”, signed on reverse and notation ‘second oil to be sold by the Tom Lewis Gallery, 1960’. The night scene is nicely accomplished and the painting is frames in a classic gold gilted and hardwood frame of an earlier era. Gordon Snidow (1936 - ) is one of the founders of Cowboy Artists of America and served as President.
