Bidding (in general): Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision shall be final.
Online bidding and payment: Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute a final sale. No refunds are available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of the sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with a 4% transaction fee in addition to 10% of the purchase price or imposition of a $500 late fee—whichever is greater. Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made per the details provided herein.
In-person Payment: Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to ITLA. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

The auctioneer, or the International Texas Longhorn Association, provides no guarantees of any kind regarding the health, condition, or pedigree of any animal in the sale.
Announcements: Announcement from the auction stand take precedence over any information in the sale catalog.
Liability: By attending the International Texas Longhorn Association event, each attendee waives any and all causes of action against the ITLA and assumes all risk of loss.
