Rifle scabbard on Native tanned hide with added beaded panels at opening. Beadwork is geometric patterns of pink and red on a blue field, and appears to be a re-purposed cuff or strip. Fringe along throat and middle area. This case is shaped to receive a lever action rifle. 47" long, circa 1890.
