Nice lot of 24 photos, negatives, brochures, etc. pertaining mostly to early Western themes. The 6 negatives are mostly related to John Brown’s sons, Owen and Jason at their cabin on Brown’s trail and nearby Brown’s grade; there is a desert scene pencil sketch by Ostrander, a 1948 First Day of Issue 3 cent stamp commemorating Will Rogers, sent from Claremore, Okla.; a 1926 small booklet on “Theodore Roosevelt, The Man of Action”; a 1913 August Flower and German Syrup Almanac; a color “The Round-Up” Cigar Box label for Celestino Costello & Co. cigars; an envelope from the Irma Hotel in Cody, Wyoming; a couple later postcards of Charlie Russell prints and a grouping of 8 small photos of cowboys, cowgirls, Rodeo events and a group of Indians in full dress. The negatives are in fine appearing condition and can likely produce prints for viewing by the successful bidder on this lot. Est.: $150-$300.
