Hunt Desert Mule Deer with Running H Hunts in the foothills of the Sacramento Mountains in New Mexico! Hunter should expect to see 20 to 500 deer per day depending on the specific area being hunted. Running H Hunts manages a 100 acre alfalfa field which draws in as many as 1,500 deer per night! This two on one hunt is scheduled for 2012 but can be deferred to 2013. This hunt may be upgraded to include additional hunters at the established rate ($4,800) and/or non-hunters ($500). It is also possible to add Feral Goat ($1,500) and/or Blue Quail ($250 per day) to this hunt. The arrival and departure point for this hunt is Roswell, New Mexico. Accommodations during this hunt will be a comfortable, private residence. This is a rifle hunt. Hunters must use 165 grain or larger bullets. No ballistic tip bullets (no plastic tip) may be used. Hunter is responsible for the cost of a New Mexico license/tag (approximately $290) – can be purchased over the counter.
