Included are several Thomas (Tommy) Singer piece his work has always been highly sort after as he was one of the greatest Navajo silversmiths ever. Since his passing on May 31, 2014 his work is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Many sights that carried or specialized in his work are sold out. Thomas (Tommy) Singer (born 1940 - May 31, 2014)
He is one of the most regarded silversmiths in Navajo history having created the ‘CHIP INLAY’ an intricate use of turquoise and coral chips integrated in to the silver work. This method made Mr. Singer famous world around in the 60’s. He is known for his overlay work, storyteller pieces, rug patterns and traditional motifs.
