Mid 19th century pinfire revolver, bright finish, ivory grips, in high-grade pipe case. The revolver is completely unmarked and unproofed and slightly different from Belgian manufacture and we would guess it to beGerman. The revolver measures 6-5/8” overall with 2-7/8” barrel, of approx. 7.6mm pinfire, 6-shots. The revolver shows a triggerguard and loading gate and is polished steel which remains in fine to excellent condition withits original ejector rod and small parts. The ivory grips are fine to excellent. The pistol is contained within its original large size pipe case which is fitted in the French style, with purple velvet on the bottom,satin lid. The exterior is covered with Moroccan leather which is dyed black. The case is in very good to near fine condition with just slight normal aging and discolorations. Est: $1,250 - $2,500
