On the back inside collar is a "AIR-KNIT" manufacturer's tag. On the inside back is the original fight strap. On the front is the large "Islanders" logo in white, blue, and orange tackle twill. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "16" in blue on orange tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "LaFONTAINE" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the back bottom right is the embroidered "CCM" logo in blue, orange, and white. On the back bottom left is the "SYOSSET SPORTS" embroidery in white. The jersey shows tremendous game-use with board and stick marks and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Milt Byron.
