All Carol’s Auctions will be subject to a 15% Buyers premium for E-Transfers, Debit & Cash. There will be an 18% Buyer’s Premium for Credit Cards. 5% GST will also be added.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
Carol’s Auctions assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted.
Products are sold "as is, where is" there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature. All sales final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Carol’s Auctions assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner seen fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, Carol’s Auctions is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Carol’s Auctions shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Carol’s Auctions will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for auction items.
