WE WILL BE DOING A CLEAN OUT OF THE AUCTION HOUSE THIS WEEKEND - THERE IS A VERY VERY LARGE ESTATE COMING IN NEXT WEEK AND WE ARE GOING TO BE NEEDING THE SPACE - THUS THERE WILL BE LARGE LOTS AS WELL AS MANY COMBINED LOTS (during the Sunday auction only).....so make sure this is one that you don't miss......
items are posted with start bids - these are general amounts to start the bidding - during the live auction these start bids may be reduced to inspire bidding or increased - the in house auctioneer is the one that guides us as to how low we will go....make sure you adjust the amount in the absentee bid box if you are wishing to bid higher....the computer will bid on your behalf should anyone counter your bid.....come auction day (Sunday)all sales will be concluded with the highest amount being the purchaser.....sometime human error and computer lag may be experienced - we will always refer to the in house auctioneers master sheets to determine winner....he has final say - see terms and conditions for more info about this and other items.......
