Mauser Model 98K sniper rifle with telescopic sight on quick detachable rail mount; the scope is marked Dialytan 4 power with number 1967 engraved on body, and marked SS with deaths head proof on right side of scope.The breech also shows SS and deaths head proof along with a number 11339S, 3 small Waffen Umphs in a row across the breech, and number 2711 on barrel and receiver. The bolt is matching, floor plate and all visiblenumbers. The scope mount will not release and we could not see if it was numbered, but it appears to match in condition. The stock shows an excellent repair right behind the pistol grip; some dings, mars, scratchesconsistent with carry and use. The rifle retains 50-70% blue finish with some areas of light rust and erosion. The action is good, the bore is fair to good and shows some use. The scope and mount show about 50% of their finish going to patina. From a major sniper rifle collection. Est.: $3,000-$6,000

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
