This shotgun features a single bead sight on a smooth solid concave rib with dolls head extension, marked "OCTB 10 PATENTED 1865" and "WESTLEY RICHARDS 170 NEW BOND ST. LONDON", with an extractor. Casehardened locks are lightly floral scroll engraved with "WESTLEY RICHARDS" marked on each. The frame, break lever and hammer sides feature the same engraving with fish motif hammer heads. The matching serial number is marked on the lower tang, barrels and inside of the forearm. Mounted with a checkered forearm with a horn forend, secured by a wedge and straight grip stock with a steel shotgun buttplate. Length of pull is 14".
