The Martin Audio W8LC is a compact line array enclosure designed to bring superb next-generation line array performance to concert, theatre and commercial events. It meets the need for a high power, high bass impact system that is versatile and scalable for a very wide range of applications in the live sound, corporate and fixed installation fields. W8LC grids allow systems to be flown or ground stacked as required. Though compact in size, the W8LC is a full-bandwidth system and may be used without subwoofers in many applications. Where additional low frequency extension is required, W8LCs may be complemented by the W8LS Line Array subwoofers, WLX horn and reflex loaded subwoofers or WSXa horn loaded subwoofers. Following the all-horn design philosophy of the full-size W8L Longbow, the W8LC is a 3-way system that combines line array principles with innovative horn loading techniques to produce a very powerful compact line array with impressive dynamic impact.
The low frequency section of the W8LC comprises a horn loaded 12" (304.8mm)/3" (76.2mm) coil neodymium driver that is reflex loaded to extend the LF output to below the natural cut-off point of the horn. This Hybrid technique marries the very high efficiency of horn loading with the extended low frequency response of a reflex enclosure. The mid horn of the W8LC utilizes 2 x 6.5" (165.1mm)/1.5" (38.1mm) coil, maximum efficiency drivers to produce 106dB at 1m for a 1W input - a significant efficiency gain over direct radiator systems. The W8LC's HF section comprises three 1" horn elements to produce a low-curvature vertical wave front with an efficiency of 109dB at 1m for a 1W input. This optimal HF curvature enables W8LC enclosures within the array to be splayed up to 7.5deg. without introducing gaps in the HF vertical coverage.

Any merchandise or lots remaining after the auction will be considered abandoned and owner will lose all rights and title to the merchandise, unless agreed arrangements are made with owner or auction company. If merchandise is or is not paid for, abandoned by bidder / buyer. The buyer /bidder will be responsible for, but not limited to amount bid, collections, fees, legal fees, labor, and disposal fees. There are no rights of abandonment, whatsoever.

Payment: All payments in full auction day, or not to exceed two business days, for any reason whatsoever. In the event of NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind. Buyer agrees and irrevocably authorizes any attorney in any court of competent jurisdiction and confess judgment without process in favor of Loomis Group Auctioneers for such amount as may then appear unpaid hereon, and to consent immediate execution upon such judgment. Not only limited to cost of goods, in addition to, but not limited to all fees, commissions, buyer fees, court cost, legal fees, and hourly in house fees by auction company. Buyer “holds harmless” Loomis Auctioneers, and staff of all liability, whatsoever. In the event of non payment, the buyer is responsible, and liable for Loomis Auctioneer's full buyer's premium and commissions included in the claim amount or judgment. In the event the lot is resold, due to nonpayment, and the lot(s) sell for more. The original seller is entitled to all overages. The defaulted buyer has lost any, and all rights of purchase, or ownership.
Any and all NFS checks will be charged a minimum of $100.00 office fee. After a 3 day grace period if not paid, a 10% of the amount due per day of the amount, and up to $1,000.00 in additional fees may be applied.
Buyers & Sellers agree to “hold harmless” Loomis Group Auctioneers, LLC staff and offices of any and all liability whatsoever.
Once a lot(s) is purchased by a buyer, at the point of sale, the sale is to be considered a binding legal contract of sale. If for any reason whatsoever; the buyer refuses, returns, rejects, non payment, or other, the said lot(s) will be resold. The original buyer(s) will assume all fees, commissions, buyer(s) premiums, from the original sale, and the resale. In the event the said lot(s) assumes a short fall, the original buyer will assume any and all shortfall(s) and liability. To include, but not limited to, the short fall, fees, legal costs, marketing, reasonable processing fees, and all associated costs. In the event the resale price fetches more than the original sale, the original buyer still assumes all first sale fees, costs, commissions, and buyer’s premiums. The original owner will retain the resale overage, final price. The original buyer forfeits any and all rights to the second sale profits and ownership, however, assumes all liability, no matter the outcome of the second sale.
In the event of a resale of real estate, or any lot, due to buyer default, the original buyer assumes the liability to pay the 10% deposit, the 10% buyer’s premium, and said commission within 3 business days of confirmed default, as a “default charge back”. This does not release the default buyer from the next sale price shortfall, (from original) marketing, legal, and collection fees. In the event of an overage price in the next sale, the original seller will retain the said overage, releasing the original buyer from the short fall statute, only.
In the rare event a buyer's return is accepted. A 10% restock or sell fee is deducted from the reimbursement price. Resell terms and conditions may still apply.
Internet Auctions: Overtime, and last minute bidding extension may apply (Extensions by vary auction to auction.) Auction company reserves the right to implement a one time, 15 minute bidding time extension, in the event a bidder attempts to place last minutes, or seconds, bids. Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised. Buyer agrees, Loomis Auctioneers may take action against bidder for any and all shortfalls, lost sales, and other damages created by the bidder’s conduct, or claims. To include, but not limited to; lost profits, commissions, buyer’s premium, the shortfall of actual values, and all legal, and court fees. Any bidder, or potential bidder that attempts, suggests, or promotes the following is considered highly inappropriate, subject to civil and other actions, and claims.
