Marlin Model 1894 lever action short rifle, .32-20 cal., 20" octagon barrel, full magazine, factory style engraved, checkered pistol grip stock, rifle butt, serial #230078. The barrel shows 80-90% originalblue, evenly thinning and toning with good sharp edges and markings. The tube has drifted to a brown, the frame shows traces of case hardening drifting to silver. The wood is good to very good with some even wear tothe checkering, minor dings, mars and bruises. The rear sight is an aftermarket folding rear sight in the correct dovetail; the front sight is a Lyman sight in what appears to be the correct dovetail. Thebarrel address is located farther down the barrel than normal, and the positioning of sight, magazine keeper, etc. leads us to believe the barrel length is original. The rifle is mounted with aftermarket old slingswivels. The action is good, bore is very good. Marlin letters don't often say very much, but this gun looks original. Est.: $2,500-$5,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
