Major original oil painting on board by noted wildlife artist David Maass entitled Canadians Landing. Approx. 26” by 42” (artwork only). Nicely framed and matted. Fine condition. David Maass (1929 - ) has won 33 duck and conservation stamp competitions including two of the coveted Federal Duck Stamp contests and was named Artist of the Year by Ducks Unlimited and many other organizations including the National Wildlife Art Collector's Society. His works have been features in innumerable books and magazines.
