WITH CASE. Cal. 20 Ga. 2-3/4". S# 97994 (1998). The 26-3/4" monobloc barrels are fitted with choke tubes, narrow matted ventilated rib and solid side ribs. Maker's name and address are on left ejector housing. Bottom of monobloc is stamped with 1998 Italian nitro proofs for 2-3/4" chambers and grade. Coin finished small size, low profile O/U action is fitted with gold plated single selective trigger in blued trigger group. Action is engraved by the celebrated Mario Terzi with a background of very small simple scroll having grape leaf accent as counterpoint to exceptionally well detailed bullino game scenes of waterfowl theme. A pair of mallards settling into a cattail marsh are on left side and a pair of mallard drakes are taking wing from the same marsh on right. Bottom of action portrays a Springer spaniel retrieving a mallard. Mario Terzi's signature is found in a small rectangle on right side of trigger group housing beside front of trigger guard. Beautifully marbled and somewhat stump figured European walnut pistol grip buttstock measures 14-5/8" over thin black leather faced pad. Point pattern checkering is at grip. Matching slim field forend has Deeley type release. MEASUREMENTS: STOCK: DAH: 1-7/8". DAC: 1-1/4+". CAST: slightly off. LOP: 14-5/8". WEIGHT: 6 lb. 15 oz. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: gun comes with its original dark brown leather covered ABS case with Perazzi markings on exterior. Case is lined in brown printed Perazzi marked cloth and contains: factory paperwork in red wallet, invoice, stock removal tool and bags for barrels and action. CONDITION: exceptionally fine with scant evidence of firing and only a few very minor assembly and handling marks on wood and metal. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanically crisp.
