Bienvenidos a nuestros eventos de subasta de pallets, primero que nada te hacemos presentes nuestros términos y condiciones en cada evento de subasta presente. Al someter una apuesta u oferta en cualquiera de nuestros pallets/lotes estás aceptando nuestros términos y condiciones. Toda nuestra mercancía disponible a la venta en subasta es clasificada como retornos, liquidaciones y sobrecargo de mercancía. La mercancía presente puede que esté usada, dañada, incompleta, inclusive totalmente nueva. No ofrecemos garantía, intercambios ni devoluciones, la cual manera todas nuestras ventas en subasta son finales. El apostador es responsable de liquidar cada una de las apuestas ganadas durante la subasta, al no ser así, el apostador perderá su depósito y será negado en participar en futuras subastas. Todos los apostadores tendran 24 horas para liquidar y retirar la mercancia adquirida durante la subasta. Cada pallet/lote tendrá "Auction Fee" el cual el apostador ganador es requerido a pagar el 15% de "Auction Fee" y los impuestos de el estado el cual es el 7.5% del monto total a su compra. Cada uno de los Compradores son responsables de su mercancía al momento de liquidarla el cual usted tiene que agendar con la compañía de preferencia el traslado de su mercancía o también tiene la opción de venir a recogerla a nuestra localidad. El cual tiene 48 horas de el momento que el lote fue subastado.
