Lot of two small bronze “thunder pots”, both approx. 3” in height and 2” in diameter with heavy wear and patina. These signaling devices were used in the early and mid-1800s by explorers, trappers, etc. and were loaded with black powder and lit through a touch hole to make a signaling noise; they reportedly also were used by farmers to scare birds away from their fields. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. International buyers pay all shipping costs including shipping to exporter, shipping internationally, all custom & duty fees, etc. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
