Lot of two World War II era bayonets.

The first is a U.S. M1 Garand bayonet with OD green scabbard. The bayonet has an overall length of 14 ½” with a 9 ¾” blade. The bayonet is in good overall condition with the majority of its military finish intact. The is marked, “AFH” with the flaming bomb symbol and “US”. The bayonet features black composite scales. The second bayonet is a Mauser 98 bayonet with metal scabbard. The bayonet is in good condition with an overall length of 15 1/8” with a 9 7/8” blade. The metal scabbard has gone to a sliver/grey patina and is marked, “44 asw”. The blade is marked, “43 asw” at the handguard. The bayonet has wood scales which show heavy use. Neither bayonet appears to have been sharpened. Est.: $100-$200.
