Lot of 6 original old Western Court documents including a Criminal Complaint from Jefferson County, Montana dated June 29, 1891, for assault; A Summons, also From Jefferson County dated June 13, 1892,concerning a default of Judgement; a San Joaquin County, California Juvenile Court Order dated August, 19, 1913; a San Joaquin County Justice Court complaint for petit larceny dated November 6, 1908; a handwritten Montana Territory Complaint dated November 21, 1877 alleging assault with intent to rape and a Stockton Township Justice Court (California) Complaint for assault with a deadly weapon dated December 22, 1899; all in overall good condition and all a great look into the early workings of Western justice; would frame-up and display nicely. Checkout Date & Times: You may checkout during the auction each day and at our business location after the auction. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction.

Buyer pays all cost of materials, handling, packing etc. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
