All Items MUST be paid for within 24 hours upon receipt/invoice email of winning an item. Successful bidders have entered a contractual obligation to pickup their item(s) within the specified pickup time schedule.

Winning bidders are not entitled to possession of items until the invoice owing has been paid for in FULL. A 15% buyers premium is applied to the total winning bid amount, in addition to applicable sales taxes (5% GST and 7% PST). Winning bidders have until the absolute latest of 4PM the Sunday following the Saturday Auction to pickup and pay for their item(s). Any items not picked up by 4PM on the Sunday following the auction will be deemed abandoned/forfeited.
***In accordance with our terms/condtions***: The bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for the auction will be automatically charged at 4PM on the Sunday for the invoice owing. The winning bidder will then have an optional/additional 24 hours to pick up on the Monday but MUST contact Peak Auctions to do so to arrange a scheduled pickup time for Monday (*AS WE ARE NORMALLY CLOSED ON MONDAY - WE COME IN SOLELY FOR LAST MINUTE PICKUPS WITH SET APPIOINTMENT TIMES ONLY*). If after the 24 hours the bidder still fails to make pickup arrangements (fails to contact us and fails to pickup), the items are then deemed abandoned and become the property of Peak Auctions. Cards are charged for any invoice owing at 4PM Sunday, it is up to YOU the buyer to read these terms & understand this; WE DO NOT STORE ANY ITEMS LEFT UNPICKED UP!! This is a contractual agreement which YOU the bidder signed up to prior to bidding. We do not issue refunds for items left abandoned by buyers. Whether you pickup your items or not, your card will be charged at Sunday at 4pm. This is to not waste our time or yours in the auction. Please pickup within the designated pickup deadlines and take these terms seriously. We do NOT store your items past the pickup deadline.

If after the 24 hours the bidder still fails to make pickup arrangements, the items are deemed abandoned and become the property of Peak Auctions. Peak Auctions has the right to resell any abandoned items/lots.
Please examine each item/lot thoroughly and use your own judgement to ensure you are satisfied before bidding. Previewing the lots in advance online, reading the listing description, and examining all images prior to bidding is particularly important. Listing previews are to be used as a guide only.
For any reason, no sale can be disputed/invalidated for any reason of discrepancy in item description or images. Once a bid is placed, it's assumed the bidder has accepted an item's condition and agrees to all terms and conditions set out when placing a bid.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of their won items. We ask all individuals to bring their own bags and/or boxes.
