1. Opening Bid prices are set by the auctioneer and will not be lowered. If no one is interested at opening bid, the item will be passed.
2. 10% buyers premium for all buyers, add 5% for online bidders.
3. We accept Cash, Visa or Mastercard. All items must be paid for before removal from premises. Online and absentee bids will be charged to the bidder's credit card immediately following the auction.
