Little Figures, Big Charm brings together a delightful collection of porcelain figurines, decorative ceramics and finely crafted European collectibles, with an especially strong selection of M.J. Hummel and Goebel pieces spanning several decades and trademark periods.
Hummel collectors will find numerous familiar favourites and harder-to-find examples, including Apple Tree Boy, Schoolgirl, Out of Danger, Sister, Retreat to Safety, Globe Trotter, Little Helper, Village Boy, Just Resting and more. The catalogue also features grouped Hummel lots, club editions and earlier trademark examples that offer plenty for both seasoned collectors and newcomers to explore.
Beyond Hummel, the auction includes charming pieces from some of the most recognizable names in European ceramics. Look for Royal Doulton Bunnykins, vintage Beswick animals, hand-painted Goebel figures, a decorative Royal Pottery Zuid-Holland Gouda pitcher with a working music box, and an elegant Herend Hungary porcelain coffee service with floral decoration and gold trim.
