In the neck is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's size "LARGE" tag. Above this an additional manufacturers tag "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Oakland Raiders". On the front, sleeves and on the back of the jersey is the player number "30" in screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "VAN EEGHEN" in silver vinyl lettering directly on the jersey. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
