Late 18th to early 19th century painting of British soldier with musket in old period frame measuring approx. 5-1/8” height by 4” wide. The painting is well executed and in good condition; a paper backing is inscribedin pen, in period script “Portrait of a (illegible) the loyal Bermondsey Volunteers, R. Finch, No. 5 Long Lane, Bermondsey”. Est.: $400-$800.
