26" Sterling silver necklace has three separate inlay pieces. The bottom centerpiece is a curved trapezoid that showcases a sun face, with inlay stone and shall of turquoise, malachite, lapis, spiny oyster, mother-of-pearl, jet and/or Onyx. The two side pieces are trapezium and share the same stones and shells as the center bottom. The 3 pieces hang on a ring and connector .925 chain with a spring ring closure. The bottom center piece measures 39 mm across, the bottom measures 17.3 mm across the top of the trapezoid and it is 32.7 mm tall. The two side piece are 24.8 mm across the bottom, 14.9 mm across top and the trapezium measures 50.5 mm long. The whole piece weighs 58.3 g and the bottom center piece is stamped Navajo LMY (Larry Moses Yazzie hallmark) Sterling.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the bidder/purchaser and will be calculated and added to your invoice. The shipping charges are beyond the hammer price of your auction item and cause the price to increase accordingly.
If shipping is arranged through 2STP, the preferred providers are US Postal Service, or United Parcel Service whichever is the less expensive for our customer. If the buyer prefers a different method of shipping, 2STP must be notified before the invoice is paid, so that any change in shipping cost can be adjusted accordingly. After necessary adjustments are made, it is the buyers responsibility to make payment in full by way of Paypal.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including, boxes, wrapping and packing material.

If you purchase a large item or over-weight item and wish to use U-ship, it is the sole responsibility of the buy to make all arrangements for shipping and/or picking-up of the item/items. 2STP must be notified within 24 hours of the auction ending by email admin@2sisterstradingpost.com (subject line type: U-SHIP) At this point you will be responsible for making payment for the hammer price, BP and sales tax if applicable. You must contact and make all arrangements with the shipper for pick-up and delivery. We will hold the item/item for up to 10 days to allow adequate time for pick-up by the shipper.
INSURANCE & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: These are additional charges and are not optional. The cost for insurance up to $50.00 in most cases is Free, delivery confirmation in many cases is free but will be no more then $1.00 SEE ABOVE EXAMPLE. 2STP is not responsible for shipping and handling damage. With insurance the buyer has recourse for lost or damaged items. It is the buyer's responsibility and not 2STP's responsibility to file any and all lost or damage claims with the shipper.

Our preferred form of payment is Paypal. We have chosen to use Paypal for the protection of our bidders.

Payment must be made before we ship your item/items to you.
You will receive an invoice usually within 24 hrs of action ending. The invoice will include hammer price of item/items, BP, tax (if applicable) along with shipping and packing charges. YOU MUST MAKE PAYMENT by way of Paypal within 48-72 hours after receipt of your invoice. If for any reason your payment does not process we will notify you by email, you will then have an additional 72 hours to correct the issue. If not corrected, you will be considered in default of your bidding contract. The item/items will then be forfeited and re-auctioned & you may be ban from any further bidding with us.
IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR WIN, Payment must be received before picking up your winning item/items. Please print your PAID IN FULL invoice and bring it with you, along with proper ID, the day of pick up. You must have your PAID IN FULL invoice and ID so that 2STP staff can confirm payment before checking you out. This is for the security and protection of everyone's purchases. All sales are final and are subject to a 15% BP and applicable sales tax rate currently 8.25% unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment.
NOTE: Pick-up is by appointment only and is usually the Thursday & Friday after the auction ends on Monday. Pick-up location will be at Antique Junction in Pasadena Texas from 11:30 am to 5 pm. (remember by appointment only) If you do not make arrangements for pick-up your winning items will be shipped.

1. GENERAL: Items are offered for sale by 2 Sisters Trading Post, identified herein as "2STP". However, a third-party web site provider, an online auction services contractor, is utilized. Those submitting bids are identified herein as "bidder(s)" or "buyer(s)". Please read auction details in full as this is a binding legal contract.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
A: A buyer must be a minimum of 18 years old and
legally able to form a binding contract as a buyer
in an auction.
B: A bidder must have an active email address to
receive bills and receipts.
C: A bidder must have an active Paypal account to
pay for winning bids, BP, sales tax (if
applicable) and shipping and handling charges.
3. VIEWING: By Appointment Only. We will meet you at Antique Junction 111 W Southmore Ave, Pasadena, Texas 77502 If you make an appointment please be courteous and show up or call to cancel if you are not going to be able to make the appointment.
4. INSPECTION: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the property that is up for auction. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place bids based solely on their personal inspection and evaluation. Prospective bidders will not be allowed to test, operate or disassemble any item featured in an auction.
5. WARRANTY: All items are sold, as is, where is and with all faults, if any. 2STP disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold. Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. However, neither those descriptions, nor any oral statements made concerning any item, shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or implied.
2STP OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. DETERMINATION OF CONDITION, FUNCTION, AND PERCEIVED OR ASSUMED VALUE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
6. OWNERSHIP: At the end of the auction, the highest bidder has entered into a binding contract with the 2STP. The buyer is obligated to pay the price bid, plus 15% buyer's premium and sales tax(Texas Residents Only). Placing the winning bid, but not paying for the product, is illegal in most states, and may result in prosecution. The winning bid cannot be retracted, all sales are final.
Awarded items must be removed from 2STP on the pick-up day specified for this auction and in the specified period, unless other arrangements have been made. (If you live more than 15 miles from Pasadena, TX we will automatically prepare the item/items for shipping). However, no property may be claimed or removed from 2STP without your printed PREPAID invoice and proper ID. If unclaimed by winning bidder/bidders, 2STP reserves the right to re-auction or award the item to the next highest bidder.
Bidders that fail to claim, pay for, and remove auction items from 2STP premises by 5:00 pm on designated pick-up day, shall forfeit their rights to the auction item/items, and be declared as a default bidder/bidders. 2STP may ban a default bidder from participating in future online auction events. If one item goes into default, all items won by the bidder go into default and are subject to resale. If you live more than 15 miles from Pasadena, TX your item/items will be shipped unless you notify us with different instructions within 24 hours of the auction end. All non-shippable items sold, must be picked up at Antique Junction 111 W. Southmore Ave, Pasadena, Texas 77502. During the designated time frame, noted in PICK-UP information. Winning bidders will be solely responsible for pick-up of their item or items, we do not deliver. 2STP will not be responsible for items after buyer, or designated shipper, takes possession. Please allow sufficient time to load items into vehicles before close of business. We do not load or pack items so come prepared.
NOTE: Shipping for over-sized items or over-weight items that TSAS will not ship, can now be shipped by buyer using www.uship.com.
If you purchase a large item (longest side plus distance around the thickest part is 108" or more) or over-weight (over 30 pounds) item and wish to use U-ship, it is the sole responsibility of the buy to make all arrangements for shipping and pick-up of the item/items. 2STP must be notified within 24 hours of the auction ending by email (admin@2sisterstradingpost.com) Subject Line: U-SHIP the purchase will be charged to your card and the item will be held for up to 10 days for pick-up by the shipper.

11. INDEMNIFICATION: Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2STP for any and all damages, claims, or liability of any nature or kind in the sale of, or the buyer's use of, the property. The buyer, its predecessors, successors and assigns hereby release, relinquish and discharge 2STP, its former, present and future agents, employees, officers, officials and legal representatives (collectively known as "2STP") from any liability arising out of the sale and/or concurrent negligence of 2STP for any injury, including death or damage to persons or property, where such damage is sustained in connection with, or arising out of, the sale auction items.
12. LIABILITY: Items are offered for sale using the services and web site of the online auction services contractor. Under no circumstances will the 2STP be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages or losses based on, or caused by, any use of the auction web site, or any other web site to which the site is linked, the content of such web sites, or any viruses or other harmful components derived from any such web sites, including, without limitation, any lost profits, revenue, or use, business interruption, or loss of computer programs or information. 2STP strives to make the online auction system as accurate as possible. However, errors and equipment malfunctions are possible and may occur without notice.
